1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process

- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

- Items marked as “final sale”
- Products that have been used or altered
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@mhhandicraft.com. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
